Haiti, sadly,an enriching experience

After completing my mission in Norway I return to Colombia to support my national society, this work was reflected in 2010 when the Colombian Red Cross deployed its entire responsiveness to support activities in Haiti.

Asylum home group

Active Choice in Akershus

Active Choice is one of the major focus activities of Norwegian Red Cross Youth. The main objective is to make young people more aware of sexual health. On 20th April to 22nd April we held a course in Active Choice.

The fight against human trafficking

We were so excited to visit Bergen on 17th of April. And it was going to be a wonderful trip with the leader and next leader of Akershus Red Cross Youth. All of the youth delegates where gathered again and joined in the fight against human trafficking.

Human trafficking in Bergen

Almost all the youth delegates in Norway, in addition to 2 volunteers from Telemark, 2 from Akershus, and 2 from Oslo university student group, were gathered due to an invitation from Bergen Red Cross youth to participate in a long weekend full of activities against human trafficking.

Digging for Water in the Desert

In Norway we take our showers in drinking water. We do our dishes in drinking water, we wash our dirty laundry in drinking water, and we flush the toilettes with drinking water.

Active choice at Rothaugen School

On the 16th of march, the active choice group in Bergen Red Cross youth paid a visit to Rothaugen School. Our objective was to hold a presentation about sexual transmitted diseases, and how to use a condom.
